Football 2025 - Fall 2025

FOOTBALL REGISTRATION

Registration costs for the 2025 season will be $625.00.  There is an Early Bird discount of $50.00 if you register by March 14, 2024.  There is also a sibling discount of $25.00.
The increase in registration is due to increased costs of insurance, field rentals, and maintenance of equipment. Once again players will get to keep their jerseys!

LATE Registration goes up to $660.00 on May 24, 2025!  Registration closes on June 15, 2024 - DO NOT DELAY!

Payment plans are available for registration.  Before you register, please contact the Registrar via email at registrar@jrgoldeneagles.com

MANDATORY ITEMS TO BE TURNED IN NO LATER THAN JULY 1, 2025:

1) Medical Clearance Form (this must be dated AFTER April 15, 2025!  The form is available on our website under "Downloads".)

REMEMBER TO HAVE THE DOCTOR STAMP AND SIGN THE SAC/DOJGE MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM. Must be completed on this form only!

2) A copy of your athlete's report card from the SPRING semester of the 2024/2025 school year (child's name, school name, year and grade must be listed)

3) Copy of Birth certificate if this is your child's first year in the program.

4) $500 Holding check per child for equipment (football players only) and holding check/buy out for Mandatory 12 volunteer hours.  Holding checks will be taken at the time of equipment hand out!

Regular Registration - 03/15/2025 to 05/23/2025 - $625.00

Late Registration - 05/23/2025 to 06/23/2025 - $660.00
